On 17 and 18 September the CIRCLE consortium held its third six-month meeting at month 12 of the project in Antwerp, Belgium. Partners attended both in person and online to share progress and align next steps.
The first day focused on technical work packages. TripleW presented recent developments in WP2 Site Engineering and WP3 Process Optimization, with complementary input from BBEPP. Sulapac reviewed progress in WP6 PLA and Recycling. Zer0-E presented advances in WP7 Modelling and Simulation. ETAM led the session on WP9 Dissemination and Communication, summarizing key activities from the past months. TripleW closed the day with an overall update on WP1 Coordination.
The second day began with a demonstration visit to TripleW facilities, providing partners with direct insight into the processes underpinning CIRCLE’s innovation pathway. ICONS facilitated a stakeholder engagement workshop under WP8, mapping actors from civil society, industry, government and academia and analysing their positions on an interest–influence matrix.
The Antwerp meeting effectively combined technical updates, communication activities and collaborative workshops, securing strong partner alignment as the project enters its second year.
